Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, containing 1.00 acre, more or less, situated in Section 11, Township 7 South, Range 7 East, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision known as, HOFFMAN EAST, and being more particularly described and designated as follows, to wit LOT NUMBER THREE (3), HOFFMAN EAST SUBDIVISION, all in accordance and as shown on the official subdivision map, a copy of which is attached to and made a part of that certain Act of Dedication, recorded at COB 485, Page 573, under Instrument No. 272482, and further in accordance and as shown on that certain plat of survey, prepared by Wallace L. Adams, and Roy C. Edwards, Jr., Registered Land Surveyors, dated October 28, 1977, a copy of which is attached to and made a part of that certain Cash Deed, recorded on November 3, 1977 at COB 446, Page 810, under Instrument No. 245201, and as per recent survey rendered by Gilbert Sullivan, RLS, dated August 27, 1993, all of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Said subdivision and said lot having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such restrictions and servitudes as shown on the official subdivision map and above referenced surveys.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS AND 01/100 (182,890.01)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
