Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o'clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

 

ONE CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF LAND, together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon and thereunto  belonging, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, situated in Section 10, T6S, R7E, in that subdivision thereof known as THE WOODLANDS DEVELOPMENT, and being more particularly described according to the official map of said subdivision, on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder for said Parish and State as LOT NUMBER SEVENTY-ONE-B (71-B) of said subdivision, said lot having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes as shown on said map of William J. Bodin, Registered Land Surveyor, dated November 8, 2007, a copy of which is attached to an Act recorded at Book 1045, page 124 and COB 1047 Page 313 dated 1/30/2005.

 

WRIT AMOUNT:  ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-TWO CENTS (115,499.72)

 

        TERMS:     CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
