feet to the point of beginning, said point

of beginning being the SE/corner of Lot

4 previously purchased by mortgagors

from Jack Magee by deed recorded in

as per that certain survey of Robert G.

Barrilleaux, RLS, dated April 10, 1978

and recorded at COB 470, Page 600 of

the official records of Tangipahoa Parish,

Louisiana.

A certain piece or parcel of land situated

in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of

Louisiana in Section 31, T6S, R8E, being

more particularly described as follows:

Point of beginning is South 0 deg. 24

min. East 570 feet and North 89 deg. 26

min. East 640 feet from the NW corner

of the East 1/4 of the NW/4 of the SW/4

of Section 31, T6S, R8E, thence North

0 deg. 24 min. West 291 feet, thence

North 89 deg. 26 min. East 110 feet;

thence South 0 deg. 24 min. East 291

feet; thence South 89 deg. 26 min. West

110 feet to point of beginning, all as per

survey of Gilbert Sullivan, RLS dated

June 13, 1984.
