min. East 476.69 feet from the Northwest

in Section 27, T5S, R7E; thence proceed

136 feet; thence proceed East 106.1
feet; thence South 00 deg. 40 min. 00
sec. East 136 feet; thence West 106.1
feet back to the Point of Beginning, all
as per survey by Gilbert Sullivan RLS
dated July 26, 1996, a copy of which is
attached to act of record at COB 970
