the official plat thereof, on file and of
record in the official records of the clerk
of court for Tangipahoa Parish, State of
Louisiana, as Lot G of Block Three (3),
said subdivision and said lot having such
measurements and dimensions and
being subject to such servitudes as are
shown on said subdivision map.

TERMS: CASH in the form of
