Subdivision, said lot fronting 70 feet on
Wildwood Drive by a depth between
equal and parallel lines of 200 feet, all as
per plat of said subdivision by Bodin and
Webb, Consulting Engineers and Land
Surveyors, dated April 1977 and which is
recorded at COB 448, page 65.
