point which is North 2173.44 feet East
3461.50 feet from the Southwest Corner
of Section 31, Township 3 South, Range
8 East for a Point of Beginning; Proceed
thence North 88 degrees 27 minutes 00
seconds East 303.30 feet; thence South
03 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds East
459.75 feet; thence North 89 degrees 36
minutes 05 seconds West 145.90 feet;
thence North 80 degrees 15 minutes
24 seconds West 120.67 feet; thence
North 08 degrees 40 minutes 48 seconds
West 434.28 feet back to the Point of
Beginning, containing 2.92 acres in all,
more or less and being Lot Twenty Four
(24) of Doe Run, II Estates subdivision
(previously erroneously described as
Doe Run Subdivision) as per survey and
map of Robert G. Barrilleaux, Registered
Land Surveyor.
The above described property is subject
to a 30 foot setback and a 10 foot utility
easement and all restrictions of record.
