17, T6S, R9E, Tangipahoa Parish,

Louisiana, being more particularly

described as follows:

Beginning at a point with is 526.44

feet West and 862.72 feet North of the

Southeast Corner of Section 17, T6S,

R9E, being the Point of Beginning,

thence proceed North 89 degrees 45

minutes 43 seconds East 202.00 feet;

thence North 23 degrees 26 minutes 10

seconds East 111.43 feet; thence North

68 degrees 18 minutes 46 seconds West

264.29 feet; thence South 00 degrees 12

minutes 39 seconds West 200.75 feet,

back to the point of beginning, containing

0.80 acres, all as per survey by Bodin

and Webb, Inc., Registered Land

Surveyors, dated July 27, 1999, a copy

of which is attached to and recorded

with Act of Donation dated November

9, 2000, recorded in COB 908, page

244, of the records of Tangipahoa

Parish, Louisiana; subject to restrictions,

servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding

mineral rights of record affecting the

property

TERMS: CASH in the form of
