and advantages thereunto belonging

or in anywise appertaining thereto,

situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa,

State of Louisiana, in that subdivision

thereof known as DOVE LANDING

SUBDIVISION, and being designated as

LOT 12, according to the official map of

said subdivision prepared by Barrilleaux

& Associates, dated June 22, 2005,

revised August 24, 2005, recorded on

file and of record in the office of the

Clerk and Recorder for Tangipahoa

Parish, said map being attached to the

Restrictions and Covenants recorded

at COB 1113, Page 416, revised and

recorded at COB 1114, folio 627, said

lot having such measurements and

dimensions and being subject to suchservitudes as shown on the said maps.

WRIT AMOUNT: TWO

HUNDREDTWENTY TWO THOUSAND,

THREE HUNDRED TWENTY SIX

DOLLARS AND 56/100 ($222,326.56)

TERMS: CASH in the form of

currency, certified funds or letter of credit,

subject to any security interest, mortgage

lien, or privilege thereon superior to that

of the seizing creditor, to the last and

highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of

appraisement and according to law.
