first Judicial District Court of Louisiana
in and for the Parish of Tangipahoa, in
the above entitled and numbered suit
I have seized and will proceed to sell
at public auction, for cash, to the last
and highest bidder and according to
law, sale to take place via an online

Between the hours prescribed by law,
beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the
following mentioned and described
property situated in the Parish of
Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
That certain lot or parcel of ground,
together with all buildings, improvements
and component parts thereon, and
with all of the rights, ways, privileges.
Servitudes, appurtenances and
advantages thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, situated in the
southwest quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 31, T6S-R8E, in the
Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana,
and being more fully described as
commencing at a point 305 feet east
and 29 feet north of the quarter section
corner on the west side of said Section
31; thence measure east 109 feet to
corner of land sold to Sledge; thence
north 201.5 feet along the Sledge West
line; thence west 109 feet; thence south
201.5 feet to the point of beginning and
containing one half (1/2) of an acre of
land, all as more fully shown on a survey
made by C.M. Moore, Registered Civil
Engineer and Surveyor, dated October
26, 1963, a copy of which is annexed to
COB 276, page 157 in the official records
of Tangipahoa Parish. Said tract having
such measurements and dimensions
and being subject to such servitudes
and restrictions as are shown on said
map and filed of record in the office of
the clerk and recorder for the Parish of
Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
SIX THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED
THIRTY ONE DOLLARS AND 34/100
($156,231.34)
TERMS: CASH in the form of
currency, certified funds or letter of credit,
subject to any security interest, mortgage
lien, or privilege thereon superior to that
of the seizing creditor, to the last and
highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of
appraisement and according to law.
