That certain piece or parcel of land, located in Headright 60, Township 2 South, Range 7 East,
Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as: Tract C, containing 0.460
acres, all as more particularly shown on that certain survey named "Survey of Tracts A & B," by
Lanier Surveying dated 11/25/2009, a copy of which is attached to that certain Cash Sale filed at
COB 1502, page 76.
WRIT AMOUNT: FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED FORTY-ONE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-NINE CENTS ($51,141.29)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
