East for a distance of486.92 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 00 deg. 23 min. 44 sec. East for a distance of 336.24 feet to a point and comer; thence North 88 deg. 13 min. 14 sec. West for distance of 161.16 feet to a point and comer; thence North 00 deg. 23 min. 44 sec. West for a distance of 336.24 feet to a point on the Southern right of way line of Robert Road and comer; thence South 88 deg. 13 min. 14 sec. East for a distance of 161.16 feet along said Southern right of way line of Robert Road to the Point of Beginning.

Together with and subject to covenants, easements, and restrictions of record. Said property contains about 1.243 acres, more or less.
