Lot Eight Block Four of Lakewood Subdivision (South) being a subdivision of a portion of Section 27 and 39, T6S, R7E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana as per official plat of said subdivision by Clifford G. Webb, C.E. dated November 10, 1965, recorded in COB 298 page 160 of the records of this parish and revised May 1, 1967 recorded in COB 312 page 104 of the records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Subject to those certain residential restrictions imposed on all lots of Lakewood Subdivision (South) by act dated November 16, 1965 recorded in COB 298 Page 161 of the records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
WRIT AMOUNT: ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE DOLLARS AND 69/100 ($181,199.69)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
