Parcel 1: A certain picce or parcel of land, situated, in Section 29, T4S, R9E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, beginning at a point which is 1,524.96 feet South 89 degrees 50 minutes West; 679.04 feet North 00 degrees 14 minutes 29 seconds East and 264.10 fect North 89 degrees 40 minutes West of the Quarter corner common to Sections 29 and 32; proceed thence South 00 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West 315.36 feet; thence South 85 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds West 70.40 feet; thence North 00 degrees 08 minutes 34 seconds East 321.52 feet; thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East 71.20 feet back to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.517 acres, more or less, all as per survey by George D. Sullivan, PLS, dated 10/16/2012, a copy of which is attached to an act registered as COB 1296/878.
Being the same property acquired by Vickie Celene White, wife of/and Ben Joseph Gerarve from Emma Jean Morgan White, wife of/and Virgil Hines White, by act of Donation, filed 11/14/2012. registered as CON 1296/878.
Parcel 2: A certain piece or parcel of land, situated, in Section 29, T4S, R9E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, beginning at a point which is 1,524.96 feet South 89 degrees 50 minutes West; 679.04 feet North 00 degrees 14 minutes 29 seconds East of the Quarter corner common to Sections 29 and 32; proceed thence South 00 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West 292.18 feet; thence South 85 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds West 25.10 feet; thence North 00 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East 294.37 feet; thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East 25.00 feet back to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.168 acres, more or less, all as per survey by George D. Sullivan, PLS. dated 10/16/2012, a copy of which is attached to an act registered as COB 1296/878.

West 240.02 feet thence North 00 degrees 10 minutes West 106.65 feet; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes. East 208.71 feet thence North 00 degrees 10 minutes. West 208.71 feet thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes. East 30.39 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.673 acres more or less, all as per survey of Ross B. Cashion, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, dated April 28, 2000.
Being the same property acquired by Vickie Celene White, wife of/and Ben Joseph Gerarve from Emma Jean Morgan, wife of/and Virgil Hines White, by act of Donation, filed 05/25/2000, registered as COB 898/193.
Parcel 4: A certain piece or parcel of land, situated. in Section 29, T4S, R9E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, commencing at a point which is the North 652.45 feet and West 1,804.44 feet from the Quarter Corner common to Sections 29 and 32, T4S, R9E; thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes 48 seconds East 208.71 feet; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 12 seconds East 208.71 feet; thence North 00 degrees 09 minutes 48 seconds West 208.71 feet; thence South 89 degrees 50 minutes 12 seconds West 208.71 feet; containing 1.00 acres, more or less, all as per survey by Gilbert Sullivan, Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 17. 1991, a copy of which is annexed to an act registered as COB 720/183; along with a 25 foot right of way for passage to the above described property for ingress and egress along a centerline described as follows, to-wit: beginning at the Southeast Corner of the above described tract for a point of beginning, from said point thence South 31 degrees 26 minutes 24 seconds East 170.72 feet; thence South 04 degrees 54 minutes 59 seconds West 195.65 feet; thence South 02 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds East 115.35 feet to La. Hwy 445.
