Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o’clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:
THOSE CERTAIN PARCELS OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements situated thereto and all rights, ways, servitudes, privileges, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH OF TANGIPAHOA, STATE OF LOUISIANA, and are more fully described as follows, to-wit:
ONE (1) certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision thereof known as CREEKWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1, and being more particularly described according to the official map of said subdivision, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder for the said parish and state as LOT NUMBER TWO (2), BLOCK FOUR (4), and measuring 70.55 feet along the Eastern boundary; thence 212.67 feet along the Northern boundary; thence 70.55 feet along the Western boundary with a 10 foot servitude along the western 70.55 feet line, all as per survey by John W. Lay, Sr., Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 1, 1988.
WRIT AMOUNT: EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-NINE AND 36/100 ($83,849.36)
TERMS: CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
