Commencing at a point 1326.22 feet south 89 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds west and 1761.83 feet north 00 degrees 20 minutes 54 seconds west of the southeast corner of Section 19, Township 1 South, Range 8 East; proceed thence south 68 degrees 50 minutes 38 seconds west 1236.04 feet; thence north 88 degrees 49 minutes 07 seconds west 331.84 feet; thence north 99 degrees 05 minutes 01 seconds west 499.18 feet; thence south 89 degrees 53 minutes 13 seconds east 531.42 feet; thence north 00 degrees 05 seconds 01 minutes west 194.82 feet; thence south 89 degrees 53 minutes 13 seconds east 953.12 feet; thence south 00 degrees 20 minutes 54 seconds east 251.60 feet back to the point of beginning, said parcel being Tract 3 of a partition as shown in a plat and survey by Wallace L. Adams, dated September 20, 1982, recorded at COB 803, page 541 of the official records of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
