Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o'clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

 

A CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND; together ,with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and, appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; situated in Section 39, Township 7 South, Range 9 East, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, and being more fully described as follows, to-wit:

Commencing at a point West 1112.75 feet, South 628.32 feet from the NE corer of Section 39, T7S, R9E, which is the Point of Beginning; thence North 88 degrees 45 minutes 16 seconds West 335.09 feet to a point; thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes 27 seconds East 174.05 feet to a point; thence North 89 degrees 29 minutes 04 seconds East 335.00 feet to a point; thence North 00 degrees 09 minutes 27 seconds West 163.75 feet to the Point of Beginning, comprising 1.30 acres, an according to map and survey of Wilson-Pope, Inc., RLS, dated April 24, 1997; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.

 

WRIT AMOUNT: SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, SEVENTY-TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTEEN CENTS ($68,072.13)

 

        TERMS:  CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITH the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
