Between the hours prescribed by law, beginning at ten o'clock a.m., the following mentioned and described property situated in the Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, to-wit:

 

A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF LAND, being a 1.568 acre tract, situated in Section 5, Township 6 South, Range 8 East, Saint Helena Meridian, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, more particularly described as: 

 

Beginning at a point, said point being referenced by a 1/2" iron pipe found and being accepted as defined by Bodin, 30.00' North and N89 degrees 49'00"E 1354.46' of the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of Section 5, T6S-R8E, thence N0 degrees 19'43"W, a distance of 116.80' to a point, said point being referenced by a 1/2" iron pipe found, thence 101.88' N25 degrees, 22'49" E to a point, said point being referenced by a 1/2" rebar set, thence N89 degrees, 49'00"E, a distance of 293.04' to a point, said point being referenced by a 5/8" rebar found, thence S0 degrees 11'00"E, a distance of 208.71' to a point, said point being referenced by a 5/8" rebar found, thence S89 degrees 49'00"W, a distance of 336.71' to the point of beginning, all as more fully shown on a plat of survey showing lot line revision to the Dunnington Family Partition of a 10.45 Acre (Title) Tract, situated in Section 5, T6S-R8E by Daniel S. McCabe, P.L.S., dated May 13, 2009.

 

WRIT AMOUNT: TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE DOLLARS AND SIX CENTS ($230,771.06)

 

        TERMS:  CASH in the form of currency, certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor, to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement and according to law.
