A certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Section 20, T6S, R8E, Parish of Tangipahoa, State of Louisiana, being more particularly described as follows:

LOT NUMBER THIRTY TWO (32) HIGHLAND RIDGE SUBDIVISION all as more fully shown on the official plat of said subdivision recorded at COB 909, Page 566 of the public records of Tangipahoa Parish, LA, and as per survey of Bodin & Webb, Inc., R.L.S., dated September 17, 1997, revised March 28, 1998, and as further shown on a survey by Roy Edwards Land Surveying, Inc., G.L. Lessard, Sr., Professional Land Surveyor, dated August 18, 2008, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
