The Board of Commissioners met in regular session in the Meeting Room of the St. Helena Fire
District #4, located at Highway 37, Greensburg, LA on Monday, June 16, 2025 @ 6 p.m. The invocation was led by Bradley Graves, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call performed with Sheila Kinchen, Eric Washington, Carmen Overton, Dianne Washington, Kitty Newell, Ronald Carlin, Brad Graves, and Katrena Higginbotham present.
Discussion was held regarding the quote on Insurance and that quotes are good till 08/05/2025 2 quotes presented.
A motion was made by Carmen Overton, seconded by Eric Washington to approve meeting minutes from 05/19/2025 and unanimously approved by the members.
A motion was made by Eric Washington, seconded by Sheila Kinchen to approve Financial Statements, and unanimously approved by the members
A motion was made by Carmen Overton, seconded by Dianne Washington truck # 296 & 366 and strap trucks. 4 yays Dianne Washington, Carmen Overton, Ronald Carlin, Sheila Kinchen and 1 nay Eric Washington motion carried.
A discussion was held about the status of the department with no action to be taken. Calls to date are 538
