condemnation hearings 25017 Corban Lane, Amite, LA, Assessment #6118623, District 1 and 48190 Whiskey Lane,
Tickfaw, Assessment #1116800, District 5 will be pulled from the agenda therefore there were no items for public
hearing.
MINUTES OF THE TANGIPAHOA PARISH COUNCIL
JULY 28, 2025 MEETING
The Tangipahoa Parish Council met on the 28th day of July 2025 in Regular Session and was called to order by
Ms. Brigette Hyde, Vice-Chair at 5:30pm. The Vice-Chair asked all cell phones to be muted or turned off.
The Invocation was given by Councilman Havis and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Wells.
The following members were PRESENT: Darrell Sinagra, John Ingraffia, Louis Joseph, Joseph Havis, Buddy
Ridgel, Joey Mayeaux, Lionell Wells, Brigette Hyde, Strader Cieutat ABSENT: David Vial
ADOPTION OF MINUTES Motion by Mr. Joseph, seconded by Mr. Wells to adopt the minutes of the regular meeting
dated July 14, 2025. Roll call vote follows: YEA: Mr. Sinagra, Mr. Ingraffia, Mr. Joseph, Mr. Havis, Mr. Ridgel, Mr.
Mayeaux, Mr. Wells, Ms. Hyde, Mrs. Cieutat ABSENT: Mr. Vial

PARISH PRESIDENT'S REPORT
1. FINANCIAL REPORT- President Miller made it known monthly financial reports were emailed to the council.
2. APPROVAL TO SEEK BIDS – Motion by Mr. Joseph, seconded by Mr. Wells to approve to seek bids for
current model Ford Transit T-350 Van. Roll call vote follows: YEA: Mr. Sinagra, Mr. Ingraffia, Mr. Joseph, Mr.
Havis, Mr. Ridgel, Mr. Mayeaux, Mr. Wells, Ms. Hyde, Mrs. Cieutat ABSENT: Mr. Vial
3. AUTHORIZATION TO SEEK BIDS Motion by Mr. Joseph, seconded by Mr. Havis to authorize to seek bids
