NOTICE
The Tangipahoa Parish School System (TPSS) is now accepting applications for the following:
POSITION: Paraprofessional (9 Month)
SALARY: $19,614 – $30,431 (Based on verified years of relevant experience)
LOCATION: To Be Determined
CRITERIA:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Highly Qualified
ParaPro Praxis exam with a passing score of 450 or higher
Bachelors degree
Associates Degree in Early Childhood or an Applied Science
45 College Credits from an Accredited College or University, including:
3 hours in English Language Arts
6 hours in Mathematics
6 hours in Reading
Complete a Special Education training course for paraeducators
Heartsaver AED Certification (current)
