Town of Kentwood – Notice to Bidders Sealed Bids-Official Journal

The Mayor and Council of the Town of Kentwood will accept sealed bids from local newspapers
to serve as the Official Journal for the period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

Sealed bids will be opened at our Regular Town Meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 5, 2025, at
6:00 p.m. at Kentwood City Hall, located at 308 Ave G, Kentwood, LA. 70444, at which time no
further proposals will be accepted.

Sealed bids will be submitted to the Clerk’s Office by 4:00 p.m. on June 5, 2025.
The Town of Kentwood, through the Mayor and Council, reserve the right to accept or reject any
bids.
