The Village of Montpelier met in Regular session

on September 8, 2025, at 7:00 PM

Present: Mayor Kenneth Giardina

Aldermen: Mike Ard and Brad Davis

Marshall: Kelly Spinks

Absent: Aldermen: Kevin Washington

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kenneth Giardina.

A motion to accept minutes was made by Mike Ard seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.

A motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report was made by Brad Davis seconded by Mike Ard. All yeas.

A motion to pay bills was made by Mike Ard seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.

A motion to amend the FY2024-2025 LGAP Grant from purchasing and installing gas meters to having a new rectifier station installed in the Pine Grove area as needed for pipeline safety was made by Mike Ard seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.

A motion to hire Kendall Williams to remove the remains of the dead tree on St Helena Ave and Third Street was made by Brad Davis seconded by Mike Ard. All yeas.

A motion to adjourn was made by Mike Ard seconded by Brad Davis. All yeas.
