Sauce it up – except brisket!If you have to sauce your brisket, I’m sorry to tell you that you missed the mark, big time. I’m so adamant about this to the degree that I was cooking brisket for an event at a BBQ contest, and I served two young ladies some slices.They asked where the sauce was. I took it back off their plates and pointed them to the ribs. True story, LOL!...
