Jewel Sumner defeated Ponchatoula 12-3 last Thursday night in Albany, behind a two-touchdown game from running back Jamohn Dyson.Ponchatoula started off the game with a fumble recovery to put the Wave inside the 10-yard line but Sumner’s defense was able to stop them on downs.
