The Tulane Green Wave baseball team lost a three game series to the Pepperdine Waves, two games to one over the weekend.The first game of the series hosted at Eddie D. Field Stadium in Malibu, California, was played on Friday afternoon. Pepperdine won that game 2-1.

The Lady Lion softball team continued their winning ways over the weekend, sweeping five games in the Mardi Gras Mambo in Youngsville. Things got started with a pair of games on Friday – the first against the Maine Black Bears. All the scoring came early, as SLU took a 6-1 win in the opener.

Green Wave Basketball ended off their regular season last Wednesday night with a great win against Mandeville at home by a final score of 79-64.Chaleb Seaberry and Cory Jackson each had 20 points with Seaberry knocking down 6 threes. Cody Al-Naziat also finished with 11 points.

The weather was cold, but the bats were not for the Southeastern Lions baseball team, who completed a 3-game sweep of the Alcorn State Braves over the weekend by a combined score of 38-2 in three run-rule shortened games.

The Tulane Green Wave won a three game weekend college baseball series over the Loyola Marymount University Lions from Los Angeles, California, two games to one at Turchin Stadium in New Orleans.Tulane lost the first game of the series on Friday 12-4.
