After an 0-3 start to the Southland Conference season, David Kiefer’s Southeastern Lions have put together back-to-back wins, including a 91-71 thumping of New Orleans on Saturday.

The setback drops David Keiffer’s squad to 6-8 on the year and 0-3 in Southland Play.Unfortunately, the loss and cast a shadow on a stellar game by newcomer Jeremy Elyzee.

Lions Football All State Selections

Members of the Southeastern football team rang in the new year being honored for outstanding play on the field. A half dozen Lions were named to the Louisiana Sports Writers Association All-Louisiana team, claiming seven spots on the First or Second Team.
