Amtrak has officially named its Gulf Coast service—the Amtrak Mardi Gras—and confirmed it will launch this summer. The route will connect New Orleans and Mobile, Alabama, with twice-daily trains and four stops across Mississippi.

On Tuesday, Kentwood police announced the arrest of the third and final suspect in the January murder of Zy’Kerian Bickham. Police Chief Michael Kazerooni said officers were directed to an address on Cain Wall Road, where they located 19-year-old Travium Walton of Kentwood.
