Hello Gershom, Boy, did we have a great Christmas here. All the guys came out on Christmas Eve day, of course, and had holes drilled all over this end of the lake. It started getting dark about four o’clock, and they drifted in.

Hammond Kiwanis Hosts Crime Stoppers of Tangipahoa

At the Tuesday, January 9, meeting of the Kiwanis Club of Hammond, Michelle Gallo, executive director at Crime Stoppers of TangipahoaPparish, who was joined by member of the crime stoppers board, spoke on the goals of the organization going into the new year.
Strader Dufreche Cieutat is sworn in by Judge Jeff Johnson, who was the last person to swear in her father, former Tangipahoa Clerk of Court, Julian Dufreche, in 2016. In support at the podium were Johnny Cieutat, Strader’s husband; and their two daughters, Gabriella and Helena (not visible in photo). During the ceremony, Strader symbolically wore a strawberry pin once worn by her father.
