Sixty garden club presidents and members attended the President’s Luncheon May 28 at Middendorf’s Restaurant, hosted by Vicky Fannaly, District VI Director for the Louisiana Garden Club Federation Inc. (LGCF). This annual business meeting sets guidelines for LGCF’s two-year term of office.
