Jonathan Brandon “Catfish” Tennyson was born November 29, 1989, in Villa Rica, GA, and passed away at Northoaks Medical Center in Hammond on October 31, 2023. He graduated from Long Beach High School in Long Beach, MS, and studied culinary arts at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. “Catfish” was an avid fisherman and loved his two daughters. He also loved to cook. He was an equipment operator for Delta T Jr., LLC.

Survivors include his wife, Ashley Schultz Tennyson; daughters, Faith Marie Tennyson and Hope Marie Tennyson; father, Anthony Williams, Jr; mother, Dawn Tennyson Williams; sisters, Kortney Williams and Leah Williams; niece, Anastasia Williams; nephew, Noah Mayhall; grandmother, Julia Tennyson; grandfather, Anthony Williams, Sr.; aunt, Cynthia Stagi; uncles, Wilbur Tennyson and Timothy Tennyson; and many friends including Marcus Kaszubowski, who was like a brother to him.

“Catfish” is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Wilbur Tennyson, Sr., and father-in-law, Joseph Larry Schultz, Jr.
