Rhonda Lynn Houk Knipe, 60, passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at her Ponchatoula residence. She was known for her feisty, fun, and outgoing demeanor and enjoyed spending time with friends and family. Rhonda was a firebug at heart and loved to burn anything she could get her hands on. She enjoyed watching the butterflies and hummingbirds while she tended to her and other people’s plants. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who is already missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind her daughter, Heather Knipe-Blanchard (Josh); siblings, Valerie Baham and Jeffrey Houk; two grandchildren; four nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Ronnie Pinner.
