Henry Leo “Lee” Settoon Jr., of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, passed away at his residence on Monday, December 11, 2023, at the age of 77. He was born on Friday, February 8, 1946, in Hammond, Louisiana, the son of the late Henry Leo Settoon and the late Bertha LeBlanc Settoon. Lee was a member of the Ponchatoula Volunteer Fire Department for 43 years and spent 37 of those years as a Captain. He was also a United States Air Force Veteran. Henry is survived by his sons & daughters-inlaw, Andy and Jennifer Y. Settoon, and Brett and Leslie F. Settoon, 4 grandchildren, Leo Settoon, Alice Settoon, Davis Settoon, and Flynn Settoon; sister and brotherin- law, Janet S. and Melvin DeGruy; and his brother, Lester Settoon; along with many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454 on Thursday, December 14, 2023, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 8:00am to 11:00am.
