35, of Ponchatoula, formally of Waggaman, Louisiana, passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023, in Hammond, LA. Billy is survived by his beloved sons, Xavier and Leland Richards (sons of Heather Krummel), and Jayden and Kayden Richards (sons of the late Jody Allo); his loving mother, Angila “Angie” Hadley Richards; sister, Brittney Thompson (Phillip); nephews, Brenden, Phillip, Jr., Landen, and Kyren; grandmother, Dorathy “Dot” Richards; aunts, Frances Veronessi, Greta Richards, Hope Austin (John), and Kathy Bordelon (Bubby); uncle, Richard Hadley (Sharon); and many close family and friends.
