Mary Ann DeSouge Catalanatto was born September 3, 1932, in Springfield to the late Charles and Ella Vargo DeSouge. She passed away November 12, 2023, in Hammond. Mary was a resident of Tickfaw who enjoyed cooking for her family. She was a member of Albany Hungarian Presbyterian Church and is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Giannobile (Vincent); sons, Anthony Catalanotto, Jr. (Gretchen), and William Catalanatto; grandchildren, Mandy Hill (Jared), Heather Dugas (Louis), Anthony Catalanatto, III (Lauren), Aaron Catalanatto (Whitney), and Kayleigh Williamson (Alan); and great grandchildren, Ella, Eli, and Emery Hill, Noah, Addy, and Avery Dugas, Riley Sophia, Sadie, and Charlotte Catalanatto, Sawyer, Ryder, Eden and Fisher Catalanatto, and Nora Williamson. In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Vincent Catalanatto; and sister, Betty Sanders.
