Randy retired from Dow Chemical in 2006 after 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Chandler Noland; two sons, David Noland (Sara) and Geoffrey Noland; daughter-in-law, Manettta Noland; four brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law; aunt, Mary Smith; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
