Marianna Monistere Mayeaux, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 91. She was born in Hammond on March 8, 1932, the daughter of the late Joseph Monistere and Ninfa Nicolosi Monistere. Marianna was a true witness to Christ’s love for others.

Jane, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. She was a lifelong resident of Hammond, LA. Southeastern Louisiana University was blessed to have Jane as their Business Manager, where she worked for many years and ultimately retired. She was a sweet, generous soul with a heart of gold.

James “Jim” McCarroll, 83, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, in Hammond, Louisiana. He was born in Berrien, Michigan, on Tuesday, April 16, 1940, to the late John and Genevieve (Bell) McCarroll. Jim was raised in Springfield, Louisiana.

On November 7th, 2023, at 12:47am, Thomas James Hood, III, took his last breath. The gates of Heaven opened, and the angels rejoiced as Tommy gazed upon the face of Our Lord and reunited with his loved ones who went before him.
