Green Wave Baseball dominated in their second- round playoff series against Captain Shreve last weekend, defeating the Gators 10-0 on Friday in game 1 and 11-6 on Saturday in game 3.On Friday, the Wave used a seven-run fifth inning enroute to the win.

If parity is your thing, you’re going to LOVE Southland Conference baseball. The 11-school league has six teams with legitimate chances to win the SLC Title and earn the right to host one of the conference’s two postseason tournaments in the Southland Championship Series.

Lady Lion Hoopsters Sign New Recruits

The makeover of the Southeastern Lady Lion basketball team continued last week as new head coach Jeff Dow added three transfers, including two who played for him last season at Incarnate Word.On Thursday, Aliyah Collins became the first player signed by Dow in the spring signing period.
