PHS Sports Digest

The Green Wave Boys Basketball team planned to play Salmen last Tuesday, but the game was canceled due to the arctic front that pushed through the region. That game has now been rescheduled for this Monday at 7:00pm.

In a major upset, the unranked Tulane Green Wave men’s basketball team defeated the number 10 ranked Memphis Tigers 8179 inside Devlin Fieldhouse at Fogelman Arena on the Tulane campus on Sunday afternoon.

Looking Forward

Next year, the SEC welcomes Texas and Oklahoma into the fold. The playoffs expand from four teams to twelve. The Tigers open the 2024 season against USC in Las Vegas on Sunday, September 1. Ole Miss will come to Tiger Stadium on Saturday, October 12.
