The Green Wave Football Team traveled to Chalmette last Friday to compete in the first round of the LHSAA State Playoffs. Even without star quarterback, Bishop Davis (out due to concussion protocol), the Wave had an impressive game with Brayden Perrin as his replacement.

Tulane Wins Again, Defeats Tulsa

On Saturday, the Tulane Green Wave defeated the Tulsa Golden Hurricane 2422 in a home game at The Ocean.With the victory, Tulane is now 9-1 overall and undefeated at 6-0 in American Athletic Conference (AAC) play. The Green Wave are ranked #1 in the conference and #20 nationally.

Lion Up! Football

The Southeastern Lion Football team won its third straight over the weekend, rolling up 490 yards in total offense in a blowout road win over the Southland’s other Lions, Texas A&M Commerce.

Lions B-Ball Suffers Loss at Auburn

Depth made all the difference, as a strong showing from the Auburn bench was too much for the Southeastern Lions to overcome in an 86-71 loss on the road on Friday Night.

Lady Lions’ Ups and Downs

It was a tale of two halves as the Lady Lions went toeto- toe with the Mississippi State Bulldogs, falling 6746 on the road in Starkville. Both teams shot very well in the first quarter. SLU hit 7 of 13 from the field while MSU knocked down 8-17, as the home team led 18-17 after 10 minutes.

Lady Lions Volleyball Wraps Up Impressive Season

An incredible regular season ended with some new hardware for the trophy case on the Campus of Southeastern Louisiana University as the Lady Lions Volleyball team knocked off McNeese State three games to one.
