On April 24, twelve members from Tangipahoa Volunteers for Family and Community (TVFC) attended an Earth Day Tree Planting Ceremony at the Florida Parish Arena in Amite, LA. The event was sponsored by the LSU Hammond Research Station.

PHS Student Awarded Guagliardo

At the Ponchatoula High School Awards Day on Wednesday, May 7, Victoria Kinchen, on behalf of the Guagliardo family, presented the Kitty Guagliardo Memorial Teaching Scholarship to PHS senior Callie Arthur. The scholarship is valued at $4,000.
