The Kansas State Wildcats defeated the Tulane Green Wave 34-27 at the Ocean with some help from the officials.With seconds left in the game, a referee made a horrible call of offensive pass interference on Dontae Fleming, a Tulane player who was not the intended receiver.

The Tulane Green Wave defeated the Southeastern Lions 52-0 in college football action in front of 20,143 fans at the Ocean (Yulman Stadium) in New Orleans.The game was the opening game of the season for both Tulane and Southeastern.
